Homemade Banana Chips

Today I decided to make some homemade banana chips for my daughter.  She loves bananas and she loves to feed herself but that gets a little messy with fresh bananas so I thought I'd give this a try and she loved it!  Plus it's a great snack and a great way to store bananas when I buy them in bulk on sale.

What you'll need:
1-2 Bananas, sliced
Cutting board and knife
Nonstick cookie tray or silicon baking mat
Oven
Zip loc bags


Set oven to 170 degrees.
Place sliced banana onto baking sheet, without touching
Bake for 4-6 hrs or until dry and crispy then let cool then store in zip loc bags.
